Friday November 8th I spent about an hour looking over corrections on my literature review and other works. I then spent another hour scanning over sample works on Chapter 4 and planning my attack. Sunday November 10th I looked over samples again for a while and then spent literally the entire rest of my day planning for my return to school. I wanted to make sure my lessons for this week are extra special since I know I'm being observed this week. Monday November 11th I had my first Blackboard Collaborate session with Amy. It took me 4 tries to get in. Luckily I was attempting to login about 20 minutes before my session just to be safe.
I'm enjoying the way that our research paper is broken into parts. It's definitely a huge help to procrastinators. Most times I don't mean to procrastinate, I just get caught up doing other things and I put off my grad work and end up shooting myself in the foot.
Speaking of procrastinating, I may need to use my freebie late assignment for the Chapter 4 section of our paper. It's not that it's difficult or anything, but I didn't realize until this weekend that I have progress testing this week in order to maintain my rank of 5th degree black belt. I am required to test twice per year in order to maintain my rank and make strides to my next degree. I planned on writing my paper last night, but I got caught up preparing for part 1 of my progress test. The test itself was from 8-9:30 and was very exhausting. I was pretty tired in school today. Right now I just want to go to sleep.
