Sooooooo EXCITED!!!!!

I can't wait for Summer!  I have so much to look forward to!  Our grad class will be finished, school will be out, and I'm getting married!!!!  This is going to be the best Summer ever!

We're putting the finishing touches on all of our wedding plans at the moment.  I just talked to the florist yesterday.  Everything sounds awesome!  And the photographer is 3/4 paid for already.  He seems like a nice guy and I think he'll do a really good job.  I'm sure my groomsmen and I will get a nice photo together.  Here is some of us in college...

Memorial Day

Yesterday was Memorial Day and also my fiance's birthday!  We had a cookout at her house.  I made some awesome ribs that her whole family enjoyed.  Here is the recipe from AllRecipes.com.  Seriously... try it... you won't be disappointed. 

"Someone" happened to pick up fireworks for my fiance's dad while he was driving through Ohio.  Here is a picture of one of the fireworks that he lit off for her birthday.  The picture came out a little funny because I took it with my phone.

Class today

Well, we have class again today.  I am feeling pretty good about everything, and I am definitely learning a lot.  It was nice to take a little break after working so hard on last week's presentation.  I'm a little scared though because the end of the year is coming sooooo fast!  St. Lucia... here I come!

I booked my all inclusive stay through http://www.orbitz.com/.  I got the whole trip at a cheaper price than if I was to book the plane and hotel separately on my own.  I can't wait!

FINALLY!

I've been trying to post on this stupid thing for days!!... It's finally back up and running.

Anyway, I made some flashcards for my geometry section next year.  I used graphics that I made for a PowerPoint, and I really like the way it came out. 

Tomorrow is our group presentation!  I can't wait to get it done!

Trip to Ohio

So last night I got in around 1 AM after a 10 hour drive back from Ohio.  I went out to Ohio to see my brother's college graduation from Cedarville University.  I drove out Friday right after school.  I literally drove 10 hours, slept, watched the graduation, ate lunch with my family, and then drove home.  20 hours of driving in two days is WAY too much! 

On a much better note, the ring issue has been resolved!!!  My fiance finally has her engraved platinum wedding band.  She picked it up from from Kay Jewelers today.  She said it fits perfectly and it matches the engagement ring.  :-)

Class again tomorrow.  I can't wait to finish up on our group project.  I hope we have some class time to work on it.  I'm kind of struggling to figure our what to do before our midway freeze too.  I hope I can get that figured out before it's too late!

Our first few weeks

We had our first class three weeks ago.  I'm definitely nervous about what the next few weeks may bring because I know it will involve a good amount of hard work.  I'm even more scared because I missed both of the optional Wimba sessions.  During the first Wimba session, I had just found out that Kay jewelers had lost my fiance's wedding ring, and I had to drive 45 minutes to the Hamilton mall and spend nearly two hours arguing with the associates there in order to get the ring replaced.  During the second Wimba session, I was in the process of closing on my new house.  Needless to say, I feel like I may have missed some important information, and I'm nervous to go to class again tomorrow.
